BST 246 - Business Communications

This course will teach students to create, review and present a variety of documents for different audiences in a typical business environment. Students will learn to analyze audiences, set objectives and prepare documents – memos, research reports, status reports, internal and external letters, talk points, presentations, marketing communications and project plans and timelines – that they will likely be asked to produce, review or analyze during a business career.
